Where To Locate the Putrified Ducts Map in Silksong
The map for the Putrified Ducts can be discovered just south of the bench location in Silksong. To navigate to this hidden area, players must start their journey back at the Memorium. While some gamers might feel misplaced after visiting the Putrified Ducts from Bilewater, it’s important to note that the upper section is only accessible starting from the Memorium. To fully explore the area, it’s advisable to obtain the map.
Begin at the entrance to the Memorium, proceeding upward to the first door on the right. Continue forward, bypassing enemies until you reach a door adorned with a sign. Go inside, then execute a double jump to access a secret passage leading to a large bridge.
Utilize the Clawline to the left, perform a double jump, use a harpoon to reach the right, and ascend the wall to find a section that can be broken. Destroy this section while avoiding spikes inside as you advance rightward to enter the Putrified Ducts.
Leap from the bridge, keeping clear of the swamp infested with maggots. Gradually move right across the platforms until you’re able to jump to a higher one. Continue in the same direction while engaging or evading foes until you finally reach the door.
Hornet can access the door either by taking the lower or higher route, though the latter is generally safer. While two platforms are occupied by a formidable enemy, the lower path is fraught with annoying airborne foes with ranged capabilities and veins that ensnare players. Furthermore, being closer to the swamp means that one misstep can lead to Hornet losing valuable silk.
Upon entering the following chamber, glide down gently until the Bellway sign comes into view. Pass through it and spend some Rosaries to activate the fast-travel point and a bench for respite. After completing this, exit and glide down to enter the room on your left.
Advance to the end of the room and jump up to attract the veins. This will ensnare Hornet, lifting her effortlessly without inflicting any damage. Before the plant at the top consumes her, furiously hit the attack button to break free and land on the ground. Approach the table at the end and collect the Putrified Ducts map without any Rosary cost. Players are now free to explore or revisit any previously skipped areas.
