What to Anticipate from 2XKO Early Access
The early access version presents the game in its initial complete form, complete with in-depth tutorials, a progression system, and its inaugural season. Any progress made during early access will transfer to the full game, including champions, cosmetic items, and additional content.
Season zero (alongside subsequent seasons) will include ranked resets, balancing updates, new champions, arenas, and a battle pass. Players can also purchase Starter Editions during early access, which come with cosmetics, KO Points, and Champion Tokens.
While no official end date for early access has been set, Riot has identified key areas that require refinement in 2XKO prior to the full launch:
- Seasons
- Ranked play
- In-game content (store and progression)
- Competitive and community tournaments
- Console availability
Early access provides players with a preliminary version of the game’s systems, and Riot aims to enhance them with player input. The console adaptation of 2XKO is still in progress, with plans to transition it from beta to a full release.
Once completed, 2XKO will be poised for its official launch.
