Among these, Matrix Credits are the most utilized currency, necessary for various enhancements in the game, including unlocking additional Mechs and acquiring new load items or crafting modifications. If you want to advance in Mecha Break, understanding effective methods to earn Matrix Credits can be crucial.
How to Accumulate Matrix Credits in Mecha Break
Here are some of the top strategies to acquire Matrix Credits in Mecha Break:
1. Complete Mashmak Match Challenges
Mashmak is a comprehensive map designed for both exploration and combined PvE and PvP combat. Participating in Mashmak matches and finishing the random challenges presented during each game is one of the optimal ways to earn significant amounts of Matrix Credits. These specific missions, appearing in the lower-left corner of your display, reward players with between 400 and 800 Matrix Credits upon completion.
Some examples of Mashmak challenges include:
- Neutralizing 2 Troopships
- Collecting six Corite Specimens
- Successfully extracting from designated areas on the map
These challenges reset with every match, providing a dependable source of Matrix Credits for newcomers to Mecha Break. As you engage in Operation Storm (the extraction mode within the Mashmak map), you’ll gather various items (like weapon parts, attachments, or resources). After a successful extraction, these items can be sold in-game, generating Matrix Credits.
In your inventory, you’ll discover the Bulk Sell option. Click it at the bottom of your screen, select the items you wish to dispose of, and confirm your choice. Although this approach won’t make you wealthy overnight, it serves as an excellent method to convert excess loot into useful Credits.
Tip:
During Operation Storm matches, keep an eye out for Supply Crates; opening them provides random cosmetic items for your Mechs or pilots.
2. Utilize the Military Supply Sale Option
Another efficient way to monetize extracted gear is by visiting the Matrix Supplies section under the Operation Storm tab. At the bottom, click on «Military Supply Sale.» Though the returns are modest, this method is convenient for unloading low-value loot you have no intention of using or selling on the player market.
Note: In the past, Mecha Break allowed the exchange of Corite for Matrix Credits during beta testing, but this option has since been removed. Even if it were available, it would have been advisable to avoid using it since Corite is considered the most premium currency in the game.
