Riot Games has officially confirmed that the LEC Summer 2026 Finals will take place in Nice, France. The decisive matches of Europe’s premier League of Legends competition are scheduled for September 18–20 at the Palais Nikaïa arena.
LEC Summer 2026 will serve as the final regional event before the World Championship. The tournament is set to run from July 24 to September 20, with the top three teams securing qualification for Worlds 2026.
Palais Nikaïa is one of the largest indoor arenas in southern France and has previously hosted a variety of international sporting and entertainment events. By bringing the LEC Finals to Nice, Riot Games continues its tradition of rotating the championship weekend between major European cities, helping expand the league’s reach and giving fans across the region the opportunity to experience live esports.
The venue announcement comes during a busy period for the professional League of Legends scene, with teams currently competing in international events ahead of the Summer Split. Once the season begins in late July, Europe’s best rosters will battle for both the LEC title and three coveted spots at Worlds 2026.
Riot Games is expected to share additional information about ticket sales, the event schedule, and fan activities in the coming weeks as preparations for the championship weekend continue.
