To start seeking out the Frostspore Butterflies, players must first achieve Level 1 in Insect Hobby, though some of the more elusive five-star variants will require a higher level of skill. Engaging with Naniwa, a character who will kick off the quest for these butterflies, players will learn that the butterflies have been touched by Frostspore, giving them an otherworldly glow and a captivating beauty.
During this quest, various types of Frostspore Butterflies will appear, each with unique locations within the game. Notably, the Frostspore Mother-of-Pearl can be found at the Forest Jump Puzzle, while others, such as the Frostspore Queen Alexandra’s Birdwing, are located near the Forest Deer Tower. For players eager to expand their collection, it’s worth noting that another Frostspore Butterfly will become available during a special event starting February 14.
In addition to butterflies, the event also showcases seasonal Winter Birds, which sport charming winter attire, including scarves and hats.
