Navigating to the Wine Cellar’s Number Puzzle in Blue Prince

Reaching the Wine Cellar puzzle involves several essential prerequisites listed below:

The discovery of Room 46 in Blue Prince is necessary.
At least eight trophies must be collected.
The upgrade for Blue Tents, priced at 400 Blue Prince gold coins, must be obtained.
Examine the documents acquired from the Blue Tents situated in the Mechanarium, Wine Cellar, Throne of the Blue Prince, and Vault.
You must apply the Burning Glass on the sundial in the Orchard and insert the microchips into it. Afterward, download the newly available experiment pack from the computer and use it to clear all crates in the tunnel.
Within the crate tunnel, search for a stone altar with a helmet on the right side, where you will find a key to the filing cabinet.

This filing cabinet key unlocks the filing cabinet located in the foreman’s office, positioned near the mining cart underground by the large turning room. This will provide the clues necessary to decipher the numbers related to the Wine Cellar.

MCCXIII should be broken down according to the notations in the blue notes: M, CC, XI, II, representing 1,000, 200, 11, 2.
