Accessing the Wine Cellar Number Puzzle in Blue Prince

There are diverse prerequisites to engage with the Wine Cellar number puzzle, which must be fulfilled prior to accessing the puzzle itself. Below are the elements required:

You must have located Room 46 in Blue Prince.
You need to have collected at least eight trophies.
You are required to have purchased the Blue Tents upgrade for 400 Blue Prince gold coins.
Refer to the documents received from Blue Tents located in the Mechanarium, Wine Cellar, Throne of the Blue Prince, and Vault.
