This update not only introduces fresh weaponry and movement mechanics from the latest premium Call of Duty title but also includes notable enhancements to perks, such as making Overkill available by default. One of the standout features of this update is the addition of the Haven’s Hollow Resurgence map.

Haven’s Hollow is poised to become a remarkable location for players, enriched with various Zombies-themed elements. Key locations include the mysterious Mansion featured in Shattered Veil, alongside several areas within Liberty Falls. Grounded in Zombies lore, this map offers Easter Eggs that promise intriguing challenges; among them is the notable Blood Moon Ritual Easter Egg, which players can embark on to uncover its secrets.

To initiate this quest, players must first gather three specific items scattered across Haven’s Hollow. Due to the challenging nature of this task, teaming up with at least one other player is highly advisable. An optional step to streamline the process involves visiting the Research Center, where players can find a transparency sheet that reveals the locations of these items. However, each item is guaranteed to have only three spawn points in their respective zones.

The first item, the Blood Vial, can be located solely at the medical lab on the second floor of the Research Center. Players should look for open centrifuges, and upon finding one, they can melee it to obtain the vial.

Next, at the Coal Depot, players will search for the Eldritch Stone. It is marked by the presence of three yellow safety helmets, with only one being correctly positioned. Players must melee the upright helmet to acquire the stone.

The final item on the list is the Animal Bones. Found near the Pond, these bones can be tucked underneath one of several wooden structures. Players should crouch near each suspected location to collect this final item.

Caution is advised throughout this treasure hunt, as any player who is downed will drop all collected items. If needed, players can return to their last location to retrieve items if they are revived.

After gathering the three items, players should proceed to the attic of the Mansion to activate the Blood Moon Ritual. This involves interacting with a gramophone and using a Psych Grenade to trigger hallucinations, enabling them to interact with a mirror. Following these steps will spawn a note alongside the gramophone, leading to the appearance of three glowing red symbols in the attic corresponding to the items collected earlier.

The next phase of the ritual takes players to an area outside the Barn, where they must locate a blood circle adorned with matching symbols. By correctly placing the items they gathered earlier onto the corresponding symbols, an altar will emerge at the center, along with the coveted Uln’drn Sword.

Once the sword is obtained, teamwork is crucial; one player must wield the sword while other teammates defend against incoming threats to charge the ritual circle. This circle serves as a soul collection point, akin to those seen in Zombies gameplay. Players need to eliminate five opponents around the circle to complete the pentagram.

Successfully achieving this goal will culminate in the completion of the Blood Moon Easter Egg, dramatically altering the sky to reveal a blood moon amidst tentacles. This accomplishment rewards players with the End or Beginning Calling Card, along with 10,000 XP and a glowing effect that highlights enemies for the team.

It’s important to note that if the sword bearer is eliminated, another player can pick up the sword, which opens the possibility for enemy players to claim the Easter Egg if they manage to return to the altar before the ritual concludes. Moreover, the blood circle may deactivate if not sufficiently charged with souls.

Players are encouraged to dive into this captivating Easter Egg, not just for the rewards, but for an enriched gaming experience that blends intricate lore with engaging gameplay.
