Starting off in Tokaido, the first Hot Spring is positioned in the southernmost part of the area. From the Cape Cavern Shrine, players should navigate left into the cave entrance. Once inside the enemy base, it is wise to clear the area of foes before enjoying the restorative benefits of the Hot Spring located at the far end.

Next, players can head towards Maisaka, where the second Hot Spring awaits. From the Maisaka Post Shrine, moving west will lead to an enemy base related to the Abundant Evil myth. Players should access the back left of the base, where a house near the stairs can be found. Climbing onto the tiles of the upper floor will reveal an exit leading to the Hot Springs.

Exploration in the Haunting Caves will guide players to the Rimstone Pool Shrine. Once there, dropping down ahead while sticking to the left wall will reveal an enemy–a Crucible Wraith–located inside the water. Behind this enemy lies a small passageway to the next Hot Spring.

Moving northwest to Mikatagahara, players can access another Hot Spring during the mission A Fiery Invasion. If this spot was overlooked previously, it can be revisited through the Crucible mission in the Battle Scroll. To locate the springs, players must make progress in the story; during the last mission of Warring States, specifically within Saigagake, players can discover a Hot Spring. Approaching from the Rear Approach Shrine will lead players to a boss gate on the left and a Nurikabe wall to the right. Once dealt with, the springs will be accessible.

Over at Lake Hamana, during the Disaster at Lake Hamama myth, players can find the Hot Springs inside Horie Castle. Starting from the Main Keep Shrine, a left turn followed by a right at the dead end leads to a door that opens to the springs.

The next destination, Iinoya, is located within Ryotan Temple and can be explored during the Fated Lands myth. From the Living Quarters Shrine, players should explore thoroughly until they descend a ladder from the roof. Upon finding a shortcut door on the right, a Nurikabe wall lies nearby, granting access to the Hot Springs upon passage.

Additionally, the Futamata Road Hot Springs can be found at the extreme north of the region behind a locked door. After climbing the stairs, players should venture left through a small passage to access the springs.

Lastly, the Futamata Hot Springs, situated within Futamata Castle, can be encountered during a main story mission. Upon reaching the Defensive Gate Shrine, retracing steps will lead players back to an illusory wall to the left, where the final Hot Springs can be uncovered.
