To optimize your farming efficiency, enlist Pals with level four work suitability for quicker production and greater yield.
To construct a Tomato Plantation, you’ll need to achieve level 32 in the Technology tree. The construction process requires three Tomato Seeds, 70 Wood, 60 Stone, and five Pal Fluids.
How to obtain Tomato Seeds in Palworld
Tomato Seeds can drop from five specific Pals, as noted in the Paldeck: Mossanda, Vaelet, Broncherry, Dinossom Lux, and Wumpo Botan. Moreover, Tomato Seeds can also be purchased from a Merchant.
From my experience, Mossanda are the easiest Pals to spot in the wild. You can find wild Mossanda in Gobfin’s Turf and Mossanda Forest, both located north of the Plateau of Beginnings.
Except for the Dragon/Electric-type Dinossom Lux, all other Pals capable of dropping Tomato Seeds are of the Grass type. If you’re actively searching for Tomato Seeds, it’s advisable to bring Fire-type Pals along since they deal more damage in battles.
