How to Create a Party in Dune Awakening

To initiate a party in Dune: Awakening, users should access the social menu (default key P) and look through their Steam Friend List for potential companions. After selecting a friend to invite, simply click on ‘Invite to party‘. It is necessary for the invitee to be on the same server and not engaged in another party to successfully join.

The party limit is set to five players, so if attempts to join a party fail, it may be due to being on different servers or because the party is full. Party members can partake in various activities together, such as completing quests, gathering resources, and exploring the environment. They can also board vehicles that accommodate additional passengers, including the buggy, modded sandbike, or the Carrier Ornithopter.

How to Join or Create a Guild in Dune Awakening

Guilds are larger groups that establish a permanent association, allowing members to see each other on the map when online. In PvP zones, guild members cannot harm one another; instead, they are marked as ‘friendly’ and can collaborate on late-game PvPvE objectives, such as Spice harvesting or controlling strategic points.

The member capacity for guilds is capped at 32, and with the server capacity fixed at 40, a single guild has the potential to dominate an entire server. Despite this, many players still opt for solo play, even though the challenges in the Deep Desert can be daunting for individual players.

Currently, there is no official confirmation about future expansions to server capacity or adjustments to the player limits aimed at balancing guild and server limitations. However, players should be aware that a group of ten people can potentially defeat a larger clan in PvP if they strategize effectively.
