Esports organization Team Liquid has officially announced changes to its Counter-Strike 2 lineup. Polish AWPer Roland ultimate Tomkowiak has left the team’s active roster after spending two years with the organization.

Ultimate joined Team Liquid in 2024 as part of the organization’s revamped international roster and quickly became one of its key players. During his time with the team, he played 331 official maps and finished with an average HLTV rating of 1.02.

The team’s best results with ultimate included third-place finishes at the CS Asia Championships 2025 and Birch Cup 2025. Despite these achievements, Liquid was unable to establish itself as a consistent title contender at the biggest international events, leading to several roster changes over the past seasons.

Team Liquid has yet to announce who will replace ultimate in the starting lineup. However, according to reports and industry rumors, Bulgarian AWPer Yordan Jorko Dimitrov is among the leading candidates to fill the vacant position. No official confirmation of a potential transfer has been made.

For ultimate, this marks his first team change in two years. The Polish player has not yet revealed whether he has received offers from other organizations or where he intends to continue his professional career.

The move is part of Team Liquid’s ongoing efforts to rebuild its CS2 roster and return to competing for championships at the Tier 1 level. More information regarding the organization’s new starting lineup is expected in the near future.
