Exploring the enchanting world of Nioh 3 offers players a chance to discover the Six Jizo statues scattered throughout the game’s regions. These statues play a pivotal role in enhancing gameplay, as interacting with them rewards players with Jizo Merit, which functions similarly to the Kodama Blessing system. To utilize these merits, players can visit any Shrine and access the Blessings tab to choose among four distinct Jizo Blessing options, each affecting aspects such as Crucible damage and Life Corrosion Recovery.
Acquiring these merits can be particularly advantageous, especially in the challenging Crucible settings. Below is a comprehensive guide detailing the locations of all the Six Jizo statues within the Warring States.
Starting from the Tenryu River, players can find a statue by heading southeast of Hojo Shrine, where a few enemies await near the statue. Northward at Hamamatsu Gate, players encounter another Jizo hidden within a forest after dealing with some bandits during the «A Drop of Hope» myth.
Travel south from the Forest of Souls Shrine, and you’ll spot another statue along the roadside. Moving to Maisaka, the Jizo is situated inside a Water Mill. After lowering the drawbridge, players will find the statue on their right, albeit missing its head. The head can be located nearby on a rock platform, requiring players to bring it back to the Six Jizo for interaction.
At Lake Sanaru, within the Waterside Shrine area, players should divert right to a temple path that leads downward to discover another Six Jizo. In the Mikatagahara region, cross the Otsuri Bridge Shrine and head north, where a Scampuss may lead you to one of the statues, or players can navigate through some trees to locate it.
On Hamamatsu Hill, players should venture southeast to a large area inhabited by a worm-like Yokai, where they can jump up the wall to find the Six Jizo, necessitating a small currency donation to interact. Around Iinoya, keeping left at a crossroads leads to another avenue, where following a hidden path down to a Spirit Vein offers access to another Jizo statue.
Finally, in the northeastern section of Futamata Road, players will encounter a Lesser Crucible blocking their path. After breaking through, they can find the last Six Jizo near the Cavern of Respite Shrine.
Locating each Six Jizo not only enhances the gameplay experience but also provides essential benefits, making the journey across the beautifully crafted landscapes of Nioh 3 even more rewarding.
