Unlocking the Thermal Breach Camo in Black Ops 7 & Warzone Comes with a Twist

Season 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 has officially launched, introducing a wealth of content that promises to keep players engaged until the midseason update arrives. Gamers can dive into an array of new maps and game modes, with the highly anticipated Mars Survival debuting alongside the Zombies experience at launch. More exciting developments are on the horizon, including the continuation of the Zombies storyline in the upcoming Season 2 Reloaded.

In addition to fresh gameplay experiences, players are encouraged to tackle newly introduced Weekly Challenges and aim for unique rewards, such as a complimentary Blueprint for completing an Easter Egg on Warzone’s Rebirth Island. Among these rewards, one particularly challenging item has caught players’ attention: the elusive Thermal Breach Camo. Here’s a detailed guide on how to unlock it in both Black Ops 7 and Warzone.

The quest for the Thermal Breach Camo is not straightforward since its unlock requirements are not outlined within the game itself. Nevertheless, players can catch a glimpse of this intriguing camo while waiting for the opportunity to earn it. The key to unlocking it lies with the Iron Gauntlet, a limited-time game mode set to be introduced in Warzone as the season unfolds.

To secure the Thermal Breach Camo, players must achieve victory in three matches of Iron Gauntlet while amassing at least 25 kills in total. The specifics of this requirement were revealed by a reliable source known for leaking information about the game.

As for the timing, Iron Gauntlet is set to enter a Beta phase on March 5 at 9 AM PT, remaining available until March 9 at 9 AM PT. This gives participants a narrow window of just four days to experience the new mode and attempt to unlock the coveted camo. While the mode may return in the future, players are seizing the moment to make the most of this limited-time offering.

Iron Gauntlet will feature duos as the squad size and transport players to Verdansk, accommodating up to 150 participants. The mode operates similarly to the traditional Battle Royale, but with notable adjustments, including quicker gas closures, enhanced loot rarity, and heightened player health. Notably, the Gulag has been omitted, and players must acquire enough in-game currency to obtain their Loadout drops, as free drops will not be available.

With this abundance of content and challenges ahead, players are gearing up for an exhilarating experience during the second season of Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone.
