ARC is actively conducting operations across the Rust Belt, frequently dispatching Probes and Couriers. The specifics of their activities remain unclear, but both Probes and Couriers provide valuable loot in ARC Raiders.

Here’s how players can locate ARC Probes and ARC Couriers in ARC Raiders, along with the rewards they offer.

Locating ARC Probes in ARC Raiders

ARC Probes are characterized by their white pillar-like structure (approximately 2-3 meters tall) with a purple light at the top. These Probes appear on the ground and additional ones descend from the sky during gameplay. Crashed Probes can also be found, often indicated by a column of black smoke. Each Probe emits a static beep approximately every five seconds, making them relatively easy to detect.

Players can approach these Probes to breach them for loot. However, initiating a breach causes the static noise to intensify, alerting nearby Raiders and, crucially, ARC machines. If a Probe has landed in a high-risk area, it may be prudent to leave it alone.

Intact Probes contain several loot compartments, while crashed versions offer only a single compartment. The loot primarily comprises ARC-related materials, such as ARC Circuitry, ARC Motion Cores, and ARC Powercells, in addition to basic resources like Metal Parts.

Locating ARC Couriers in ARC Raiders

ARC Couriers are more discreet, and the best way to find them is by following trails of black smoke. This usually leads to a crashed ARC Courier, which resembles a UFO. Players can breach and loot these couriers similarly to the ARC Probes.

Unlike ARC Probes, Couriers do not emit distinctive sounds when breached. Although breaching still generates noise that can attract attention, it is less noticeable than that of the Probes. While they are easier to loot than Probes, ARC Couriers yield less valuable loot.
