Ready to strike a bargain?
CloverPit, a roguelite game, allows players to tailor their gameplay through various mechanisms, including charms, offers, and a unique feature called Memory Packs, which become available as you progress past the early stages of the game.
Here’s what you need to know about acquiring and utilizing Memory Packs in CloverPit.
How to Acquire Memory Packs in CloverPit
The first opportunity to get a Memory Pack arises once you unlock the second storage drawer for charms. You will notice the pack dangling from a claw in the room, accompanied by a notification to earn a substantial amount of coins. To obtain the pack, you must collect enough coins to meet the upcoming deadline immediately.
Once you have the required coins, a prompt will appear at the start of the deadline, offering you an opportunity to exchange your coins for a Memory Pack. By submitting the coins, you will receive the pack, which contains three random Memory Cards.
It’s important to note that by opting to bypass a deadline in this way, you won’t earn any coins, but you will receive tickets that can be used for lucky charms.
How to Utilize Memory Cards in CloverPit
Upon unlocking the Memory Cards, you can select one at the beginning of a new run. These cards modify the rules during your run. For instance, the Overdose card makes all charms activated by the red button activate one additional time, though they will not recharge at the end of a round.
Memory Cards are one-use items, meaning once you utilize a card in a single run, you’ll need to find another to use it again. Certain cards can significantly enhance your gameplay, but their scarcity can make them a means to create additional challenges and unlock achievements instead of merely enhancing power.
