Many of these haunted houses are surprisingly affordable due to their eerie reputation, allowing you to purchase one, exorcise the ghost, and later sell it for a profit.
Once you have acquired a haunted house, you can summon or exorcise the ghost by navigating to Assets, scrolling to Properties, and selecting your haunted property. You’ll find the Spirits option at the end of your haunted home list.
