Players will likely want to discover effective strategies to quickly gain Prestige in KCD2 to unlock the most desirable forge enhancements, with one of the final options being a raven for Henry’s living quarters.

Progress Through the Legacy of the Forge Quests

Nearly all quests from the Legacy of the Forge expansion offer Prestige rewards, as Henry typically assists the guild in various tasks. Some quests may require higher Prestige levels to unlock, but once available, these quests provide excellent opportunities for earning Prestige.

Finish Daily Guild Quests for Prestige & Groschen

After completing part of the Legacy of the Forge expansion and finishing Klaus’ Introduction Task, players will gain access to daily Guild Quests. These quests offer the most efficient methods for accumulating Prestige.

Daily Guild Quests feature an orange icon, and players typically receive three new quests every day. If you’re aiming to boost your Prestige and have downtime, complete these quests and then rest to earn Prestige continuously.

Blacksmith Commissions – Create Weapons

One popular type of Guild Quest is Blacksmith Commissions. Characters will approach the forge or ask Magdalena to have Henry create a specific weapon. Players must have the appropriate blueprint and necessary materials, which can be purchased from other smiths. If players do not possess the recipe, a map marker will indicate where they can acquire it. Master Bushek the Elder, located near the Hangman’s Halter tavern, offers a variety of blueprints.

Ensure the weapon meets high standards, as clients expect the best quality. If the weapon turns out to be of Bronze quality, it’s advisable to start the crafting process again. Also, remember to sharpen the weapon before delivering it.

Donations

The initial donation quest involves Magdalena asking Henry to deliver eggs to a priest. This task serves as an introduction to Father Frantishek, who will inform Henry that he can donate periodically at the church box nearby. In exchange for some Groschen, Henry earns Prestige, suggesting that greater donations yield higher Prestige.

However, there is a cooldown before additional donations can be made, meaning that players must wait for the subsequent daily donation quest to appear after a few days. This donation box differs from Indulgence Chests, which are used to restore Reputation.

Archery Contest

The first archery quest leads players to a range near a quarry, guided by a guild member’s apprentice. Winning the contest ensures the guild can continue using these facilities. Following this, archery contests will occur sporadically, serving as a good opportunity to earn additional Prestige through betting Groschen. Enhancing Marksmanship skill will be beneficial.

Also, be sure to bring and equip a bow, as arrows are not necessary.

Dice Games

Henry’s initial dice game with a guild member occurs early in the story, and they present one of the quickest methods to gain Prestige for those who can consistently win. Having quality dice in KCD2 significantly improves chances of winning.

Duels

Duels represent another form of daily Guild Quests. For players who have enhanced Henry’s combat skills, these duels allow for quick victories and resultant Prestige gains.

Investigative Tasks

Investigation missions, denoted by an eye icon, are assigned by Master Klaus Eichner at his workshop. These tasks primarily involve tracking and neutralizing bandits who have attacked guild caravans. While these missions can take some time, players often find valuable materials for blacksmithing, with armor obtained from bandits stored in the Sales Chest.

Unlock Forge Upgrades That Boost Prestige

While primarily used to gain new enhancements for Henry’s forge and chambers, several upgrades can also enhance his Prestige accumulation. Players focusing on boosting Prestige in KCD2 should prioritize these upgrades to maximize efficiency.
