Locating the Abyss Map in Silksong

The Abyss map in Silksong can be found directly above the southern bench. Upon reaching the checkpoint, look for an opening at the top and jump up to it. Next, move slightly to the left to acquire the Abyss map. Once obtained, the areas that Hornet has explored while journeying to the bench will become visible immediately.

However, players will only gain access to the Abyss map after traversing the dark, pitch-black depths, so it cannot be utilized prior to that.

How to Access the Abyss in Silksong

Gaining entry to the Abyss in HK Silksong presents a challenge. As Hornet enters Act 3 in Silksong, she is determined to remedy the calamity afflicting Pharloom, which requires her to descend into the depths and confront the source of the disaster, ultimately leading her on a quest to the Abyss.

To reach the Abyss, assistance is needed from those experienced in crafting vessels capable of withstanding such a journey. Players must travel to the Deep Docks and locate the Forge Daughter, indicated by a vendor icon on the map. When speaking with her, she will direct Hornet to Ballow, the laborer beside her. Engaging with Ballow in Silksong will prompt him to agree to assist Hornet.

Next, visit the old diving bell and consult Ballow to commence your journey to the Abyss. If players have not investigated this section of the Deep Docks before, a lengthy detour will be necessary before reaching Ballow’s new location.

Enter the diving bell and make your way to the Abyss. Once you arrive, Hornet must find her way to the southern bench, where a familiar figure awaits shortly afterward.

Exiting the Abyss in Silksong

To escape the Abyss in Silksong, players must first acquire the Silk Soar skill. Ascend to the upper right area where a door can be unlocked using the Needolin skill. Continuing downward will lead players to the Super Jump ability, necessary for escaping the Abyss.

Once the Super Jump is obtained, retrace your steps back to the previous path, but this time there will be new routes available to the left, culminating in a bench. It is crucial to rest on this bench, as the next section of the exit can be quite demanding and may require several attempts.
