With the conclusion of all VCT regional Stage 2 qualifiers, 16 teams are set to travel to Paris this month for the VALORANT Champions tournament.

The VALORANT Champions 2025 represent the apex of the VCT competitive season, featuring the top global teams competing against one another. Each qualifying team has demonstrated exceptional performance, resilience, and competitive skill during a challenging season.

Below is a comprehensive list of all the teams that have qualified for VCT Champions 2025.

Qualified Teams for VALORANT Champions 2025

From four distinct regions, four teams have secured their places in the VALORANT Champions in Paris. Some achieved this by advancing through the Stage 2 League, while others benefitted from Championship points accumulated in earlier tournaments.

Allocation of the Four Slots per Region

Each region provided two automatic slots for the top two teams that finished in the Stage 2 Playoffs within that region, thus clinching their spots in the Champions through peak performance at the end of the VCT regular season.

The additional two slots for each region were granted to the leading teams in the Championship Points rankings who had not already qualified via Stage 2. These points were earned through performances at Stages 1 and 2 as well as Masters events, thereby rewarding sustained high-level play throughout the season.

Americas

G2 Esports showcased exceptional regional form, dominating the Americas Kickoff, Stage 1, and Stage 2, securing their Champions berth through impressive Circuit Points. Meanwhile, Sentinels, having a legacy of global prominence, maintained their reputation with pivotal wins throughout the season.

NRG emerged as North America’s surprise contender, advancing through Stage 2 to secure their place in Paris, while MIBR, as the top Brazilian team, showcased a clutch performance in the regional rankings.

EMEA

Despite initial challenges on LAN, Team Liquid established themselves as a strengthened force, exemplifying solid results throughout the year and winning the VCT EMEA Stage 2.

After an impressive run in the lower bracket during EMEA Stage 2, GIANTX qualified as the event’s runner-up. FNATIC has a remarkable record, having attended every Champions, and once again demonstrated their consistent performance to secure their place.

China

Bilibili Gaming has emerged as a prominent force in Chinese esports, showcasing resilience and growth to secure their spot at the biggest VALORANT event. They also clinched the title in VCT China Stage 2. Dragon Ranger Gaming followed closely, earning their position as the runner-up at the tournament.

The reigning world champions, EDward Gaming, qualified primarily through Championship points. XLG Esports made their debut at the Champions, capitalizing on a breakout performance throughout the season.

Pacific

This year has been exceptional for Paper Rex as they won the Masters Toronto and the VCT Pacific Stage 2, demonstrating a strong performance. RRQ, as the tournament’s runner-up, automatically earned the second qualifying slot.

T1’s consistency in accumulating Circuit Points propelled them to this key event, while DRX managed to secure their spot in the final stages of the season, aiming for another title shot on the global stage.
