Black Ops 6: Obtaining Mister Peeks Field Upgrade and Top Augments

Mister Peeks is rapidly establishing himself as a significant figure in Call of Duty Zombies, serving as both a companion and a cunning trickster. His introduction as a Field Upgrade is an unexpected yet potentially impactful addition. Below, players can learn how to acquire the Mister Peeks Field Upgrade in Black Ops 6 and discover its specific functions, along with the Minor and Major Augments that enhance this upgrade for effective gameplay in Zombies.

How to Obtain the Mister Peeks Field Upgrade

The Mister Peeks Field Upgrade will be accessible from August 21 during the 90s Action Heroes event. To unlock Mister Peeks, players must accumulate 249,000 XP, which can be earned through Multiplayer, Zombies, and/or Warzone matches. This event will remain active until September 4 at 10 AM PT. After this period, those who missed the chance to obtain Mister Peeks can unlock him by completing challenges in the Armory.

Optimal Augments for the Mister Peeks Field Upgrade

Mister Peeks functions effectively when utilized similarly to a Monkey Bomb, as he generates chaos by diverting attention away from players, allowing them to focus on reviving teammates, damaging Special or Elite foes, or simply regrouping. The following Augments are recommended:

Augment

Description

Benefits

Dance Party

Mister Peeks becomes a focal point of attraction

Zombies are drawn to Mister Peeks as he dances; upon his explosion, a majority of them will be eliminated.

Party Animal

Extends the duration of Mister Peeks’ dance

Mister Peeks distracts zombies for approximately 19 seconds, giving players additional time to execute their strategies before hordes regroup.

Functions of the Mister Peeks Field Upgrade

The Mister Peeks Field Upgrade requires a significant number of zombies to charge compared to other Field Upgrades, and this is by design. Without any Augments, Mister Peeks will stun zombies upon deployment and bounce between them, effectively eliminating multiple foes –similar to the Hell’s Retriever from Mob of the Dead–but once deployed, he does not return. Mister Peeks excels at delivering passive damage while players lead zombies in training, with effects varying based on the Augments selected.
