Locating the Artwork for Tao Qing in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers in Annalum

Wuchang: Fallen Feathers features numerous NPCs, many of whom will require you to assist them in various tasks. Most of these tasks involve straightforward collection missions that necessitate exploring particular areas to retrieve specific items. However, there may be instances when players find it challenging to pinpoint the location of the item requested by the NPC, so it’s advisable to pick up any items you find throughout your journey.

Tao Qing is one of the first NPCs you will encounter, and here’s how you can assist him in locating a painting in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.

How to Locate the Painting in Annalum for Tao Qing in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers

In the tutorial phase of the game, you will meet Tao Qing at the base of the Reverant Temple. Engage him in conversation, and he will reveal that a painting, which is a cherished family heirloom, has been taken by bandits. He will inform you that the painting can be found in Annalum, and after retrieving it, you should return to Shu Sanctum to collect your reward from him.

Where to Locate Annalum in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers

To find Annalum, you will need to venture around the Shu Sanctum area, which is fairly expansive and also includes an optional boss encounter. When you reach the section with the Fire Dancer enemy, defeat them and turn to your left to discover a path leading down by the stairs. Following this path, you will find a wooden bridge that takes you to Annalum.

Proceeding upward on the path leads to a Shrine where you can level up. Continue into the main courtyard where you will come across several enemies. Here, you can find the Shadow Stone Needle and a Pendant on the left, while the right path leads to another wooden bridge. Cross this bridge to face a stronger enemy; defeating them will yield the Scenic Painting.

After obtaining the Painting, return to Shu Sanctum and talk to Tao Qing to conclude this quest. He will reward you with a Red Mercury Shoot.

Players also have the option to bring back boss items to Tao Qing for access to the boss’s spells, outfits, and other purchasable items.
