MSI 2025 has officially begun, and developers are rolling out modifications to various champions to create a dynamic future meta.
This League patch introduces numerous adjustments, including buffs, nerfs, and other changes. With the Fearless Drafts enhancing the excitement of esports competitions, these updates are expected to bring some neglected champions back into the limelight during upcoming MSI events.
When will LoL Patch 25.14 be released?
League patches are typically released on Wednesdays, and this trend will continue for all forthcoming patches. They are first deployed on the PBE servers before going live.
The next update is anticipated on July 16, 2025. The exact release times for all regions are yet to be confirmed, but the tentative time frames are as follows:
- 3 PM CT (NA)
- 5 AM GMT (EU West)
- 3 AM CET (EU North East)
- 8 AM KR (Korea)
What does Patch 25.14 contain?
Patch 25.14 brings significant changes affecting a variety of League champions, leaning more towards nerfs following a series of strong buffs in recent patches. A rework for Kled is also in progress, revitalizing the champion and positioning him as a fighter type for item builds. Additionally, a new champion named Yunara is making her debut in this patch. Furthermore, players can look forward to three new skins: Nightbringer Yuumi, Nightbringer Hecarim, and Dawnbringer Kalista, joining the fray from the PBE server.
Champion Buffs
The following champions are set to receive buffs in League Patch 25.14:
Azir
Base health has been raised from 550 to 575.
- [W] Arise!: AP Ratio increased from 40/45/50/55/60 to 45/50/55/60/65 percent AP.
Darius
- [Q] Decimate: Missing health heal has been enhanced from 15/30/45 to 17/34/51 percent.
Fiora
[R] Grand Challenge
- Heal per second increased from 40-100 percent based on triggered vitals to 100 percent consistently.
- Bug fix: R heal VFX now persists for 5 seconds, irrespective of triggered vitals.
Fizz
- [W] Seastone Trident: Cooldown reduced from 7-5 to 7-3.
- [E] Playful: Damage increased from 80-280 (+90 percent AP) to 80-280 (+95 percent AP).
Ziggs
- [Q] Bouncing Bomb: Damage has been adjusted from 85-285 + 65 percent AP to 80-280 60-80 percent AP.
- [E] Hexplosive Minefield: Damage altered from 30-190 + 30 percent AP to 30-190 + 25-45 percent AP.
- [R] Mega Inferno Bomb: Damage changed from 300/450/600 + 110 percent AP to 300/450/700 + 100 percent AP (minimum damage remains two-thirds of max).
Champion Nerfs
The following champions will receive nerfs in League Patch 25.14:
Braum
- Armor reduced from 47 to 42.
Lee Sin
- Base AD decreased from 69 to 66.
Riven
- [P] Runic Blade: AD Ratio reduced from 30-60 to 30-50 percent.
Sett
- Armor Growth reduced from 5.2 to 4.7.
Twisted Fate
- [Q] Wild Cards: Damage reduced from 70-250 to 60-240.
Yasuo
- Armor Growth decreased from 3 to 2.5.
Yuumi
- [R] Final Chapter: Healing per hit reduced from 30/40/50 (+0.15AP) to 30/40/50 (+0.1AP).
Zoe
- [Q] Paddle Star!: Damage decreased from 57-220 + 60 percent AP to 52-220 + 60 percent AP.
- [W] Spell Thief: Damage reduced from 75-195 + 40 percent AP to 60-180 + 45 percent AP.

Blade of the Ruined King
- Current health on-hit damage increased from eight percent for melee/five percent for ranged to eight percent for melee/five percent for ranged.
Kraken Slayer
- Missing health on-hit damage modifier increased from 1.1.5x to 1-1.75x.
- Cost decreased from 3100 to 3000 gold.
Phantom Dancer
- Attack speed boost increased from 60 to 65 percent.
- Movement speed increase changed from eight to ten percent.
Rod of Ages
- Mana increased from 400 to 500.
- Mana per stack raised from 20 to 30.
- Maximum mana expanded from 600 to 800.
Nerfs
Haunting Guise Stacking
- Inventory limit reduced from six to one.
