The developers of Star Wars: Zero Company have released the turn-based tactical game’s final trailer ahead of its upcoming launch. The title is scheduled to arrive on August 27, 2026, leaving just over a week until release.
Star Wars: Zero Company is set during the final stages of the Clone Wars, one of the defining periods in the Star Wars timeline. Players will take command of Zero Company, a squad of mercenaries led by Hawks, a former Republic officer, and carry out operations across different parts of the galaxy.
The new trailer puts a greater focus on the game’s main antagonist, Kundra Fathom, portrayed by Rekha Sharma. The character leads the Infinite Coil, a dangerous cult connected to a deadly plague. The infection can either kill those exposed to it or enhance their abilities, making it a central element of the game’s conflict.
Squad building will be a major part of Star Wars: Zero Company. Players will be able to customize their team composition, character abilities, and equipment to suit different tactical approaches and playstyles.
The game’s tactical structure will also allow players to choose between different missions, while decisions made throughout the campaign will influence how events unfold. The central storyline, however, will remain consistent across playthroughs.
With its combination of turn-based combat, squad management, and extensive customization, Zero Company takes a notably different approach from many recent Star Wars games, which have largely focused on real-time action.
Star Wars: Zero Company will launch on August 27, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
