This announcement follows the successful competition of Modern Warfare 3 during last year’s EWC, where elite teams competed for a similarly high prize.

Format of the Black Ops 6 Esports World Cup 2025
The tournament will commence with a Group Stage, followed by Playoffs.
During the Group Stage, the 16 teams will be divided into four GSL-style groups, playing all matches as best-of-five. The top two teams from each group will progress to the Playoffs.
In the Playoffs, a single-elimination bracket will be followed. Each match will be best-of-five, culminating in a best-of-seven final for the championship.

The tournament is scheduled from July 24 to 27 at EWC Arena 1 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
