• Break the curse at Bellhart to obtain the Needolin skill in Silksong.
• After gaining the Needolin skill, continue traveling west to reach the Blasted Steps region.

Players can access Blasted Steps from Bone Bottom, but if you are starting from Shellwood, there is a more straightforward route. Approach the bench that links Shellwood with Bone Bottom. However, before reaching the bench, look upwards to find a passage. Utilize your newly acquired wall jump skill to ascend and unlock the bench situated next to the Shellwood Bellway.

Next, move left, traversing the large open area until there is an upward path available. Ascend, and you should come across a bench where you can take a rest.

From this bench, proceed left and upward until Hornet arrives at the tall vertical room on the right.

Upon entering this vertical space, run to the right-side room to discover Shakra and collect the map for Blasted Steps. You’ll know you’re in the correct location when you begin to see Shakra’s distinct rings on the ground.

After obtaining the Blasted Steps map, the next step is to ascend through the vertical area until you locate Blasted Steps’ Bellway. You can accomplish this by climbing up from Shakra’s room or exiting that room and going up from the exterior. Both routes will lead you to the same destination.

Once you’ve reached the top, take a moment to rest and activate the fast travel point, then proceed eastward until you arrive at the Grand Gate.
