Scheduled for release on November 11, below is a detailed overview of the VALORANT Patch 11.10 notes.

Key Highlights

  • Major reworks to various aspects of Harbor’s abilities.
  • Nerfs to Clove’s smokes and self-healing after death.
  • Important updates to gameplay, UI, and ranked mode.
  • Extensive list of bug fixes affecting general gameplay and specific agents.

Agent Adjustments in VALORANT Patch 11.10

The focus of Patch 11.10 is on Harbor and Clove, featuring significant buffs and nerfs that players should be aware of before their next ranked matches.

Harbor

Riot Games hinted at a year-end rework for Harbor during the VALORANT Champions in Paris. Given his minimal impact in both ranked and professional play since his debut, an overhaul was anticipated. With this rework, Harbor is set to function as a more proactive controller while still holding onto some initiator characteristics. Below is how Harbor’s abilities will be modified in Patch 11.10:

Cove

  • Cove now serves as a signature ability; players will receive one free charge at the start of each round.
  • Updated description: EQUIP Cove. ACTIVATE to create a water smoke at a designated location. HOLD FIRE to extend the targeting marker, and HOLD ALT FIRE to retract it. RELOAD to switch targeting views. REACTIVATE to reinforce the water smoke, blocking incoming bullets. The shielded smoke can be destroyed.

High Tide

  • This ability is now categorized as a non-signature ability.
  • It will cost 300 credits moving forward.

Storm Surge

  • This is a brand-new ability replacing Cascade.
  • Description: EQUIP Storm Surge. FIRE to launch an explosive whirlpool that nearsights and slows affected enemies after a short delay.

Reckoning

  • Harbor’s ultimate ability has undergone significant changes.
  • Updated description: EQUIP Reckoning. FIRE to unleash your artifact’s power, sending forth a wave of water that nearsights and slows enemies caught in its path.
  • The ultimate will no longer cause concussions to enemies.

Additionally, Harbor’s voice lines have been updated to accompany this rework, featuring new interactions with Tejo and Waylay, as well as at the beginning of matches on Abyss and Corrode.

Clove

The rework of Harbor is paired with significant nerfs to Clove, who has been dominating the ranked scene. Riot Games was expected to step in to address Clove’s overpowering status. Not only is Clove’s high pick rate an issue, but their self-serving playstyle as a pseudo-duelist has been undermining the intended teamwork dynamics in the controller role. Patch 11.10 aims to lessen Clove’s strength by modifying their post-death smokes and healing abilities:

Ruse

  • Clove can now only drop a maximum of one smoke when they are dead.

Pick Me Up

  • The overheal is reduced from 100 HP to 50 HP while active, similar to Reyna’s Devour, albeit temporary.

Omen

Patch 11.10 includes a minor modification for Omen, allowing spectators to view his perspective while he deploys his smokes in Dark Cover.

Additional Updates in VALORANT Patch 11.10

HUD Update for Healing Indicators

The top HUD health bar now indicates which teammates are healing. During recovery, the bar will turn teal and reflect the healing progress. Once healed, the bar will revert to its original white color.

Redesigned Skin Collections Page

The Collections page has received updates, including:

  • A grid layout replacing the previous carousel for PC weapons and buddies.
  • A dedicated page for equipping and viewing titles on PC.
  • Custom backgrounds for more Collection pages featuring your preferred weapon skins.

Competitive Play Adjustments

As of Patch 11.10, players ranked Ascendant and higher in North America, Latin America, Brazil, and Korea must activate multi-factor authentication (MFA) through the Riot Mobile app to enter the Competitive queue. This measure is part of Riot’s initiative to combat issues like smurfing and account selling.

Gameplay Update for Stacked Debuffs

Players can now clear all persistent debuffs simultaneously by holding the «Use Object» button or F key, allowing for efficient removal of multiple effects at once.

Premier Mode Enhancements (PC Only)

Players can now view information about any Premier team, including standings and invites, simply by right-clicking on team names in the standings. This feature also applies to invites received from friends.
