In the world of ARC Raiders, players must be clever and adaptable amidst the myriad dangers present on the surface, as resources are limited and threats are numerous. During each expedition, you will confront challenges posed by both rival Raiders and ARC machines while seeking loot and aiming to return to safety.
One resource that can prove particularly hard to maintain is ammunition, since it’s tough to estimate how many enemies you might face. Fortunately, there is a method to replenish your supplies, as long as you understand how to acquire a Supply Drop within ARC Raiders.
Check out our interactive map of the Buried City for some commonly known Supply Drop locations.
How To Acquire Supply Drops in ARC Raiders
In ARC Raiders, players cannot expect a Supply Drop to appear in the same location with every playthrough. However, the overall method for securing one remains constant. To receive a Supply Drop, you’ll need to locate the corresponding console and interact with it to launch a signal flare.
Finding the console is just one part of the challenge; the other part involves safely retrieving the Supply Drop and its loot. Naturally, launching a bright, attention-grabbing flare will likely attract hostile ARC entities or other players, so teamwork with a companion is advised, though not essential. The crucial part of gathering the loot is to keep an eye on the flare, as a parachute-equipped package will soon descend in the spot of the flare.
Once the package lands, approach it and hold down the designated button to loot it. But remain vigilant, as you could encounter competition while you are collecting the gear.
How To Locate Supply Drops in ARC Raiders
As highlighted in the interactive map above, there are several known Supply Drop sites across the game’s various maps, though their presence is not guaranteed in every session. These locations will not be revealed until you are nearby, so thorough exploration is essential.
Supply Drop consoles can be challenging to spot, but players should watch out for tall, slender antennae, which might be positioned at the corners of buildings’ roofs or even on the ground. One effective way to find them is to purchase binoculars, although this method can be unreliable since the consoles can be hard to detect.
