Where to Find Litwick
Litwick can be discovered in the Lumiose Sewers in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Access to this area is granted during Main Mission 19: Reaching Rank D, where players must locate Gwynn of the Fist of Justice. Completing this mission requires using a Pokémon with Ice Beam to freeze a water fountain, thereby unlocking the entrance to the Lumiose Sewers.
Once this mission is completed, players can return to the Lumiose Sewers by initiating Side Mission 057: The Camerupt Entrepreneur (location noted above). To start this mission, visit Blue Sector 3 and engage with Herup, the Camerupt trainer, who stands at the entrance to the sewers.
