To acquire the Rookie’s Reward, you need to unlock a locker located on The Incognito, your ship. Begin by entering your ship and making your way to the main lobby. From there, take the first left followed by a right into a room where you’ll find a workbench on your left.

On the right wall of this room, there is a locker behind grating, where the Rookie’s Reward awaits. To access it, you’ll either need a lockpicking skill level of 11 or you can switch off a secret power supply in the same room.

To locate the power switch, go over to the workbench in the corner and jump onto the boxes to the right of it. The power switch is located on the wall behind these boxes. Interact with the switch to unlock the locker and retrieve the Rookie’s Reward inside.
