The Enchanted Hollow event in Pokemon GO brings two new additions to the game: Tarountula, a Bug-type String Ball Pokémon, and its evolution, Spidops, known as the Trap Pokémon.
Players can encounter Tarountula in the wild, particularly by utilizing a Mossy Lure Module. However, Spidops will not be available in the wild. To evolve Tarountula into Spidops, simply feed it 25 Candy.
To increase your chances of encountering Tarountula, consider participating in two collection challenges that will be active until the event concludes on November 9 at 8 PM local time. This guide will detail how to complete the Fantastical Forest and Whimsical Woods challenges in Pokemon GO.

For the first challenge, Fantastical Forest, Pokemon GO players are tasked with capturing a Petilil, Shelmet, Paras, and Skwovet. All four Pokémon will have increased wild spawn rates during the event, and they can also appear as Shiny.
This challenge is straightforward as it does not involve any evolutions. Note that Petilil, Shelmet, and Paras could be obtained as rewards for the ‘Catch 10/15 Pokémon’ Field Research tasks.
The use of a Mossy Lure at a PokéStop will attract more Pokémon including Paras, Stantler, Cottonee, Petilil, Karrablast, Shelmet, and Tarountula.
