According to updates from Embark on the ARC Raiders Discord server, the backpack will now be released on Friday, October 31, instead of the original launch date. This change is attributed to the busy launch period and various issues affecting multiple platforms. We will continue to provide updates should more information emerge.

To qualify for the Server Slammer backpack, you must have played during the Server Slam playtest held from October 17 to 19. If you participated and confirmed your Embark ID, the reward should appear in your account shortly.
