Acquiring Sake in Ghost of Yotei

To obtain sake in Ghost of Yotei, you’ll need to loot fallen enemies or buy it from merchants, such as Taro the Scavenger, who appears early in the game. You can establish a camp and call them over to trade items for coins, including sake. If you don’t find it on fallen foes, you may need to defeat Saito’s soldiers in their camps.

Once you’ve liberated an area and the townsfolk have settled in, be sure to search the surroundings for scattered sake bottles to replenish your stock. Additionally, you can utilize Charms like the Charm of Fortune’s Grip, which aids in quickly recovering your weapon after being disarmed and grants you a sake jar–an item that can turn the tables in precarious situations. This Charm can be purchased for 200 coins.

Utilizing Sake in Ghost of Yotei

Consuming sake in Ghost of Yotei allows Atsu to partially restore her Spirit bar, providing healing capabilities during combat or enabling the use of a special ability to defeat tougher foes.
