Esports organization HEROIC continues reshaping its Counter-Strike 2 roster. After moving Yasin «xfl0ud» Koç and Simon «yxngstxr» Boije to the bench, reports have emerged regarding the team’s potential new signings.
According to HLTV, Romanian rifler Laurențiu «lauNX» Țârlea, currently under contract with FUT Esports, is one of the leading candidates to replace xfl0ud. Meanwhile, Spanish AWPer Antonio «MartinezSa» Martínez is reportedly being considered as a replacement for yxngstxr.
Shortly after these reports surfaced, FUT Esports officially announced that lauNX had been moved to the team’s inactive roster. The organization stated that the player had informed the club of his intention to leave before the start of IEM Cologne Major 2026. FUT finished the event in 9th–11th place, losing to BB Team in the match for a playoff spot.

lauNX joined FUT in August 2025, replacing French player misutaaa. His move to the bench has further fueled speculation about a possible transfer to HEROIC.
In addition to player changes, HEROIC has also revamped its coaching staff. The organization parted ways with Tobias «TOBIZ» Theo and appointed Finnish coach Joonas «doto» Forss as the team’s new head coach.
With multiple roster changes underway, HEROIC appears set to unveil a significantly revamped lineup, while a potential move for lauNX could become one of the most notable CS2 transfers of the summer.
