Weavenest Atla is situated east of Moss Grotto, the game’s starting point, and can be reached by playing the Needolin in front of the sealed door. Here’s the path to collect the Snare Setter.
- Enter Weavenest Atla and activate the teleporter to descend to the lower level.
- Use Cling Grip to scale the wall on the right.
- Leap across and enter the room to the left.
- Move left until you encounter the water.
- Look up to find a hidden area that can be accessed with a double jump.
- Utilize Cling Grip to ascend to the top, then turn right.

In boss encounters, the Snare Setter proves valuable, enabling Hornet to scatter Silk runes around the battleground and wait for enemies to step into them. While effective against standard foes, it’s often more efficient to use the Needle for combat rather than relying on tools like this one.
Functionally, it operates in a manner similar to the Tacks Tool (Caltrops). However, while the Tacks are less damaging against highly mobile bosses, the Snare Setter can inflict considerable damage. On the downside, its overall effectiveness regarding damage per hit is less efficient.
