Once you’ve collected the Milk Molars in Grounded 2, you can utilize them by opening your SRAB 2k through the Tab key. Click on the icon at the top right of your screen, which opens the Molar menu, enabling you to spend the collected resources for stat upgrades.

With standard Molars, you can improve your maximum health, stamina, and active mutations.
