All attention is directed towards Malaysia’s Selangor Red Giants, who have recently partnered with the renowned organization OG Esports. After making history last year by clinching Malaysia’s first international MLBB title with a thrilling 4-3 win over the Philippines’ Falcons AP.Bren, SRG is set to defend their title at MSC 2025.
However, the path to a repeat victory is fraught with challenges. SRG will face formidable opponents such as Team Liquid PH, the reigning M-Series world champions ONIC Philippines, as well as ONIC and RRQ Hoshi from Indonesia. Additionally, the other teams are eager to showcase their ability to compete at the highest level against Southeast Asia’s best.
MSC 2025, part of the Esports World Cup, takes place from July 10 to August 2, with matches being held at three venues in Boulevard City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The tournament champion will take home a massive $1 million grand prize and secure their place in MLBB esports history.
