Grosse Tete employs a single attack method: a bouncing strike that affects the entire party. Initially, it bounces just twice, but as the fight progresses, its bouncing frequency and speed will increase. Fortunately, since the boss only executes one move, tracking its rhythm to successfully dodge or parry is straightforward.
If you can withstand Grosse Tete’s repetitive bounces, the boss will explode, granting you victory. This method can be executed during the mid-game phase.
Using Brute Force Against Grosse Tete
If players prefer to defeat Grosse Tete in Expedition 33 by depleting its HP, they should note that Grosse Tete is vulnerable to Ice and Dark elements. As the boss fights alone, players can concentrate on using single-target damage abilities rather than area-of-effect attacks.
