Be born female

The initial requirement is the simplest: you must be born female. Since you also need to purchase a mansion in Massachusetts, it’s sensible to choose that state for your birth. Select the U.S. as your country and Boston as the city to meet this criterion.

Progress through your childhood to university, opting for a field like Accounting to ensure a good salary upon graduation. This preparation will make acquiring a haunted mansion easier later on.

Own a haunted mansion in Massachusetts

After working and saving for a few years, aim to accumulate at least $200,000 for a mortgage. If you wish to buy the mansion outright, you may need to wait a bit longer or find alternative income sources.

Consider starting an OnlyFans account, maximizing promotions at work, and making smart investments to increase your funds. Ultimately, you’ll need approximately $1.2 million saved to purchase the haunted mansion.

To find the mansion, check realtor listings by navigating to Activities, then Shopping, and browse various realtors. You might need to age up or refresh the listings multiple times before a haunted mansion appears. Purchase it as soon as it shows up to achieve this goal.

Own a poodle named Algonquin

Acquiring a dog is simple, but this particular requirement is specific. Visit Activities > Pets > Dog Breeder to locate a poodle. If no poodles are available, check the Pet Store instead, but avoid the Toy Poodle option, as it won’t fulfill the requirement.
