As you navigate through Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, you’ll encounter various essential items that may not have immediate application. These key items often pertain to specific character quests, which can yield valuable rewards once you determine how to utilize them.
While there isn’t a dedicated menu for side quests, which would allow you to track their progress, completing these tasks can still be beneficial. Below is guidance on acquiring the Lost Package and how to fulfill He Youzai’s associated quest.
Locating the Lost Package in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
You can find the Lost Package shortly after defeating the first required boss located in the Buddha Temple area. After exiting the boss chamber, proceed to the next location and look at the base of the tree directly in front of you; the item will be visible as a yellow object on the ground. Beware of a small enemy located in the back corner to the left, past the wooden cart. This enemy will be alerted to your presence along with another one that may have startled you before. These foes resemble the smaller humanoid adversaries encountered throughout the Buddha Temple region.
How to Use the Lost Package in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers
This item is essential for completing He Youzai’s quest, and you will retain the Lost Package for an extended period after you obtain it. Continue progressing through the main storyline until you defeat the Centipede boss and reach the Tower of Sacrifice. Upon entering the tower, utilize the lift in the center to ascend to the summit. Walk across the wooden bridge to the outdoor area where He Youzai awaits. Speak with him and exhaust all dialogue options until he mentions the Lost Package. Returning the Lost Package to him grants you the full Pirate armor set and the Records of the Southern Archipelago.
The armor set serves as a decent upgrade for enhancing your character’s capabilities, and unless you have special armor sets from pre-orders or deluxe editions, the Pirate set would be one of your top choices at this stage. The Records of the Southern Archipelago offers a bit more context about the lore and your character’s backstory, providing insights into her previous actions prior to the game’s events.
