MSC 2025 Tournament Format

The event is divided into two main phases:

• Wildcard: July 10 to 13
• Main Event
  • Group Stage: July 23 to 27
  • Knockout Stage: July 30 to August 2

The MSC 2025 begins with the Wildcard stage, where eight teams are allocated into two groups. They compete in a double elimination format, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the Wildcard playoffs, which employ a single elimination setup. The initial two matches are best-of-three, leading to a best-of-five final. Only the Round winner advances to the Group Stage.

The following phase is the Group Stage, where a draw will again split the 16 teams into two groups. The grouping is as follows:

Like the Wildcard, the Group Stage also adopts a double elimination format where all matches are best-of-three. The top four teams from each group move on to the final phase.

The Knockout Stage concludes the tournament with a single elimination format. The quarterfinals and semifinals, along with the third-place match, are all best-of-five, culminating in a best-of-seven grand final to determine the MSC 2025 champion.
