How many bunkers are in Sons of the Forest?

In total, there are seven bunkers scattered across the game map in Sons of the Forest:

Three bunkers can be found in the northwestern area, two in the northeastern part, and one each in the southwestern and southeastern sections.

Locations of all bunkers in Sons of the Forest

Food and Dining Bunker

This bunker is situated in the northwestern area of the island. Access requires a Maintenance Keycard.

Inside, you’ll discover valuable items for survival, including the Crossbow, Shotgun Rail, VIP Keycard, and a Laptop. Expect to encounter enemies such as Fingers and Babies, which you’ll need to defeat to safely collect your gear.

Maintenance Bunker A

To uncover the entrance to Maintenance Bunker A, head to the river’s bend in the northern section of the map and use a Shovel to dig it out.

Loot available here includes 9mm Ammo, Printer Resin, Duct Tape, Wire, Energy Drink, Raw Meat, Crunchie Wunchies, and Ramen Noodles.

Entertainment Bunker

Located in the western part of the island (near where the helicopter crashed in the forest), you need a Maintenance Keycard to enter. Inside, you can find various items such as a Tracksuit, Guitar, Chainsaw, Guest Keycard, and Mr. Puffton’s Will & Testament, among others.

Maintenance Bunker B

To find the digsite for Maintenance Bunker B, go past the wreckage of a small aircraft and navigate through a cannibal camp located in the southwestern part of the island.

Loot here includes a Compound Bow and a 3D Printer.

Residential Bunker (Cave H)

You will find this bunker on the eastern side of the island, close to the largest lake in the game.

This location is among the most difficult to explore due to its complex layout filled with various mutants including Puffies, Twins, Baby Mutants, and multiple Fingers. Valuable loot includes a Flashlight Attachment, Putter, Katana, Golden Mask, Space Suit, and more.

Maintenance Bunker C

The entrance to Maintenance Bunker C is near the golf course; digging with a shovel will reveal it. Inside, you can find a Revolver and the remains of a maintenance worker.

Luxury Bunker

The final bunker is the Luxury Bunker, located by the beach on the opposite side of the mountain.

You can access it from the control panel room in the Residential bunker; just head to the surveillance room’s computer at the end of the Level 2 corridor inside.

Here, you’ll find items like MREs, Duct Tape, Wire, Energy Bars, C4 Bars, Grenades, a Vodka Bottle, Meds, and Cloth.
