Delta Force has recently launched on consoles, introducing a range of new Operators joining the conflict involving G.T.I., Haavk, and the external faction, Ahsarah. If you’re playing on a console and wish to team up with friends, there’s a crossplay feature available.
Here’s everything you need to know regarding crossplay and cross-progression in Delta Force.
How to Play Delta Force with Friends Using Crossplay
Delta Force is designed with crossplay enabled by default, allowing players across all platforms to compete in every game mode right after logging in. The only exception is mobile; players on this platform cannot engage with others.
How to Disable Crossplay in Delta Force
If you prefer not to compete against PC players while on console, there’s an option to disable crossplay (and you can re-enable it later if you choose). The process varies depending on your platform, so check the instructions below based on whether you’re using PlayStation or Xbox.
- PlayStation 5: Access in-game settings – Game – Crossplay Settings – Toggle Crossplay
- Xbox Series X|S: Go to Xbox settings – Account – Privacy & Online – Xbox Privacy – View Details – Communication & Multiplayer.
- PC: Not applicable
Unfortunately, Xbox players need to disable crossplay on the entire console to prevent matchmaking with players on PC. In contrast, PlayStation users can simply toggle this option in-game. On PC, there’s no ability to disable crossplay, thus you will be matched with console players regardless.
Understanding Cross-Progression in Delta Force
In addition to crossplay, Delta Force offers cross-progression, which is useful if you decide to transition between platforms, such as from PC to console or mobile. To carry over your progress from one platform, link your PC or mobile account to a Level Infinite Pass account prior to playing on console. Once linked, simply sign in to the console using your Level Infinite Pass account.
